A lot has changed in the foam dart landscape since we last made our list of favorite NERF blasters. Every year the mad scientists at NERF are hard at work creating outrageously fun new designs for NERF blasters and 2019 has been no exception. What’s new this year is the inclusion of two popular video game properties into the diverse mix of NERF lines. The popular online shooter Overwatch makes it’s NERF debut this year with toys inspired by the game and it’s characters. But even more exciting are NERF’s new line of Fortnite blasters that kids just can’t get enough of. With so many awesome blasters on the market, its never been a better time to start a NERF war! And to help, we have our updated list of the best new NERF guns for 2019.

If we had to pick just one NERF blaster for a major engagement, we’d want the NERF Rival Nemesis by our side. And because they are so small, the Nemesis hold a lot of ammo! A full hopper holds 100 rounds to keep you in the firefight longer and your opponents running for cover! We love the Nemesis because it blurs the line between NERF blaster and paintball marker. Trust us when we saw this NERF blaster has to been seen in action to be believed!
4. Nerf Modulus Tri-Strike
3 blasters in 1! The Modulus Tri-Strike is super impressive because it shoots 3 types of NERF darts all in one compact package. The re-loadable clip holds regular sized NERF darts while the forward attachment shoots large mega sized foam darts. But the best option is the large bazooka sized bomb that fires from the top scope. Fully customizable, kids can detach and assemble the blasters different pieces into all sorts of combinations to get the right type of blaster for their needs. The Modulus Tri-Strike is easily one of the most creative and best new NERF blasters for 2019.
5. NERF Nailbiter Zombie Strike Toy Blaster
Looking like it came straight outta an episode of the Walking Dead, the NERF Nailbiter is hard to ignore. It looks and exactly like a nail gun which makes it perfect for kids who like to play with zombies or do carpentry. 7. NERF Overwatch Reaper
Fornite isn’t the only video game getting in on the NERF action. Popular team based shooter, Overwatch is joining the fun with a line of blasters inspired by the one’s the characters use in the game. And while some may prefer McCree’s six-shooter or D.Va’s blaster, we love the oversized flintlock shotguns used by the shadowy character, Reaper. Easy to fire and to reload, the Strongarm is a great primary blaster to help build a NERF arsenal, or makes for a dependable sidearm. 10. NERF Fortnite Rl Blaster
We saved the best for last! Inspired by the devastating RPG rocket launcher in Fortnite, this bazooka is sure to grab some attention!
