PRODUCTS AND PAYMENTS 

At My Easy Gifter we currently sell a variety of high quality items and gift ideas straight to you at discounted prices with carts, checkout pages and multiple payment options. This is not to be confused with our numerous articles you will find on our site for great gift ideas, which are lists of products we love from other stores.

What type of payments do you accept?

For products we sell directly, you will need to process payment on our checkout page. We currently offer card payments through Stripe, which is a 100% secure and safe online card processor similar in function to SquareUp that you often see on mobile devices. You may need to crate a Stripe account if you have never used their service before.

We also accept payments through PayPal and PayPal Credit.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

My Easy Gifter is happy to offer FREE SHIPPING on all our products listed for sale. We provide shipping from numerous countries around the world and nothing means more to us than providing our customers great value and excellent service. And we will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, exceeding expectations around the world.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our suppliers in China will be shipped by epacket or EMS (express mail) depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US suppliers are shipped through USPS.

What is an epacket?

ePacket delivery is one of the most popular and fastest shipping methods that allows merchants from China and Hong Kong to ship internationally. You can use China Post to monitor your ePacket tracking numbers for your customers. epackets however cannot exceed 4.4 lbs and over $400 in value. Traditional shipping from China by sea can take months but because epackets are an agreement between the USPS and Hong Kong post, delivery is cut down to just 10-20 days.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we provide free shipping around the world to most countries. However there are some countries that we may be unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once items have shipped. By purchasing our products you consent that one or more products will be shipped to you and may receive custom fees once they arrive in your country.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

United States 10-20 Business days

Canada, Europe 10-20 Business days

Australia, New Zealand 10-30 Business days

Mexico, Central America, South America 15-30 Business days

*This doesn’t include our 2-5 day processing time.

Why does shipping take so long?

Many of our products are shipped from countries like China. While the delivery does take some time, it allows us to pass the value generated onto you. It’s because of this, that we are able to offer lower prices on quality products and offer free shipping and save you even more money!

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us at MyEasyGifter@gmail.com.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages.

If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.

RETURN POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
– Gift cards
– Downloadable software products
– Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
– Book with obvious signs of use
– CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at MyEasyGifter@gmail.com and send your item to: 4127 E Indian School Rd, Phoenix AZ, 85018

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
